Ernesto Rosario

Ernesto graduated from the University of British Columbia Okanagan in 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics specializing in Clinical Exercise Physiology . He is a certified Kinesiologist through BCAK and also a Functional Movement Systems (FMS) specialist.

Ernesto specializes in athletic training and active rehabilitation through corrective movement and preventative injury strategies. He has a passion for sports, especially soccer as he was a varsity athlete throughout his time in University and still continues to compete recreationally.

Working with FBF, He brings with him a wealth of knowledge, experience and enthusiasm to his profession. He understands the importance of assessing every client’s specific needs and strives to help his clients achieve their health and fitness goals.

He is passionate about helping each of his clients discover their optimum well-being and constantly motivates them to win every single day to get closer to their full potential.
